SciMac Precision ground 19mm PTFE Sheathed Stirrer Rods with a Precision machined outer PTFE covering. The outer tolerance of +.000 -.003″ provides a good seal in your stirrer bearing. The inner core is 1/2″ 316 Ø pump shaft quality Stainless Steel. A perfect alternative to glass for those applications where the purity of PTFE is desirable with the added benefit and strength of SS. Shafts have a 2” exposed stainless-steel top for secure gripping to stirring motor or universal adapter. (PN-2025) Use with our PTFE Compression hub agitators or have a custom agitator permanently attached to the shaft. When placing an order please include your exact length requirements.
